Emergencies
This practice does not provide emergency services. The practice does not offer crisis intervention, same-day emergency evaluations or after-hours clinical coverage.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency number.
Telehealth
Care is provided by secure video to adults physically located in states where the practice is seeing patients. Your location is confirmed at every visit. Telehealth has limits: no physical examination is possible, and technology can fail. If a visit is interrupted, the practice will try to reconnect or reschedule. Some situations need in-person or higher-level care, and you will be told if that is the case.
Website privacy
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party content or contact forms. Fonts and images are served from this site. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and operation.
If you email the practice, your message is handled through the practice's email provider. Please do not include medical information. Patient health information is collected only through the secure patient portal, and the Notice of Privacy Practices is provided at intake.
Good Faith Estimate
Patients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. See the fees page for the full notice, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
